Due to the nature of digital products, once a digital file has been purchased and access to the download has been provided, the sale is considered final and non-refundable.

Beauty for Ashes does not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for digital downloads once the file has been delivered.

If you experience technical issues with downloading or accessing your purchased file, please contact us and we will gladly assist you in receiving your digital product.
