All physical orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Beauty for Ashes is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. However, if your order arrives damaged or you experience delivery issues, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Digital Products

Products such as downloadable music or digital content are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.
